At Cozy Witch Craft, we take great care in packing and shipping your magical goods so they arrive safely and on time.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–7 business days, as many items are handmade or made-to-order. During holidays or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and may vary. Cozy Witch Craft is not responsible for carrier delays, weather issues, or customs processing.
Domestic Shipping
We ship within the United States using standard carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Tracking information will be emailed once the order is shipped.
International Shipping
International shipping is available to select countries. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, VAT, import taxes, or duties. Delivery times vary widely depending on location and customs clearance.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, Cozy Witch Craft is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is delayed or missing in transit, we will assist in opening a claim with the carrier, but cannot guarantee reimbursement.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer. Additional shipping costs for re-sent packages will be the customer's responsibility.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to replace or refund the damaged item.
Order Tracking
Once your item ships, a tracking number will be sent to your email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
